Professional Experience
Shea has been in the real estate business since 2002. She has a wide range of experience in residential real estate as well as condo conversions, multi-unit buildings, investment properties, new construction, short sales and foreclosures. Her personal experience as an owner,investor and renovator of her own real estate has given her a unique ability to identify the needs of her clients. Over the years, she has developed strong relationships with many local professionals including mortgage brokers, local lenders, qualified building inspectors and real estate appraisers. This strong network of professionals is key to making each transaction as smooth as possible.
For most people, the purchase of a home is one of the biggest milestones of their lives. Shea feels that this experience should be fun and exciting. She aims to take the stress out of the experience and help her clients fulfill their dreams of home ownership. It is an experience that they will likely remember forever.

Shea is originally from Massachusetts but has lived in Portland for the past 15 years. She is married with two daughters. They live in Portland’s Back Cove neighborhood. Shea and her husband own a café in the Old Port called The Crooked Mile.
