RJ Pettis

RJ is very active in the local community. He is an avid runner, routinely hitting the sidewalks and trails around Portland, and runs with a local running club. He loves living in Maine and having access to many fun things to do in every season. He and his family enjoy spending time during the winter months downhill and cross country skiing and during the warmer months, they enjoy hiking and biking as well as relaxing along the coast.

RJ holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has a wide range of professional experience. He grew up in a small farming town and started work at an early age helping on the farm. After graduating from college his work has taken him around the world and through many board rooms. From driving a forklift to buying a home, RJ can certainly relate to your situation. He has a history of buying, renovating, and selling his own properties and helping others achieve their property goals too. He represents buyers, sellers, and investors in Southern Maine and offers referral services to partners in Georgia, North Carolina, and Florida. RJ also continues to be active professionally outside of real estate and is currently serving as a member of a global procurement team.
